Digital 2D Animators
Primary Role:
Creates the motions, gestures, and expressions of computer generated characters and objects.
Qualification & Requirements:
- Diploma or certificate in animation, film, or related field, or equivalent production animation experience.
- Have a good foundation in animation principles and talented in making cartoons.
- A team player and work collaboratively with others.
- Exhibit positive attitude, motivated, disciplined and willing to learn.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Computer animation experience preferred but not required.
- Must have a demo reel that demonstrates skills, understanding and knowledge in animation.
- You may submit your work or portfolio for review. Please state your level of participation in your work or portfolio and indicate only shots or scenes you worked on. Submission in the form of a CDROM is preferred.
Production Designer
Primary Role:
Creates, conceptualises and provides graphic elements, designs & background that support and enhance the characters and general aesthetics of animation projects.
Qualification & Requirements:
- Diploma or certificate in Illustration, Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent production animation experience.
- Work with the animation team to determine graphic elements and treatment needed for animation projects.
- Strong foundation in Illustration, art & design and static & motion graphics.
- A team player and work collaboratively with others.
- Exhibit positive attitude, motivated, disciplined, detail oriented and willing to learn.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge in Illustrator, Photoshop and After Effects is an advantage.
- Serve as general production artist as needed on related projects.
- Other duties as assigned.
- You may submit your work or portfolio in CDROM or DVD for review. Your portfolio should include both finished products and samples that demonstrate the progression that led to the final product.
